Multipack Group is a Contract Packing and eCommerce fulfilment centre based in Lancashire. Their exciting growth plans included the introduction of a dedicated call centre, and plans to move to new premises in the near future. Having experienced significant issues with their previous provider, they contacted Wayv. to see how we could help provide a system that provided flexibility and added value to their customer service.
Following a site visit, Wayv were able to offer a solution that provided all the important functions they required such as call recording, call data analysis, on-hold marketing and auto-assistant for effective handling of calls in their call centre. In addition, they provided the LG Mobile App for certain staff so they could receive their office calls to their mobiles for when they are working on the move.
The Multipack Group were impressed that not only would they receive all this functionality from the new phone system, but they were also set to save over £6,000 across the equivalent term, and therefore couldn’t wait to get started.
