They had been contacted by multiple different providers, all promising ‘better’, without explaining how this improved service would be achieved. When we met with Factory Manager, Graham, he asked this very question – how could we provide them with better connectivity? Our Sales Manager offered a solution immediately – the installation of two Sogea lines: one for phones and one for broadband, which would improve the reliability and speed of connection.
However, while the original proposal of two lines would have given some improvements, we soon identified that a different, wireless option would provide much-improved broadband connection. After a one-month trial of this system, this is the option that GKR chose to take forward – which was far better, yet remained at the same cost to the business.
