Titan Trade Windows (TTW) are a manufacturer supplying doors and windows to the building trade from their two factories in Alfreton, Derbyshire. They have around 30 staff and manage a customer base across all sizes of companies in the construction trade.
What problem did they have?
TTW were looking at new systems across their two manufacturing facilities which would support large numbers of incoming and outgoing communications in a range of formats.
Why did they choose Wayv?
The system on offer both provided new, modern features, while also enabling the more traditional methods. TTW were able to remove their space-consuming fax machine as they migrated over to fax-to-email software. Senders therefore send via fax machine as usual, but the message is received in the form of email.

This enabled the cost of their two new broadband lines to be absorbed, resulting in no uplift in monthly cost as compared to their previous plan. The company’s comms costs were therefore lower, having removed the previous, additional broadband charge.
