Titan Trade Windows (TTW) are a manufacturer supplying doors and windows to the building trade from their two factories in Alfreton, Derbyshire. They moved their phone system to Wayv in 2021, renewed with us last year, and recently switched their two broadband lines over too.
Established in 2004, TTW have around 30 staff and celebrated their 20th anniversary of business last year. With a customer base covering all sizes of construction companies across the trade, reliable connectivity is central to managing orders, timeframes and customer expectations. Their customer communications are primarily split between email, especially for larger project quotations, and over the phone.
The team were pleased to recently remove their fax machine, having implemented the fax-to-email feature through the Wayv system. This means that while the customer sends their order via fax, the system delivers in email format to TTW, allowing them to accommodate the needs of all customers while upgrading internally to more modern systems. This also helps them to streamline and monitor the business comms more easily, due to them being delivered to the same place.
TTW chose to take their new deal over 7 years, and benefit from a longer price guarantee. This enabled the cost of their two new broadband lines to be absorbed, resulting in no uplift in monthly cost as compared to their previous plan. The company’s comms costs were therefore lower, having removed the previous, additional broadband charge.
