Nicholls Tyreman (NT) are an independent Estate Agents based in the spa town of Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Almost three years ago, they decided to make the switch to Wayv due to poor service from their previous provider.
Covering a large part of North Yorkshire surrounding Harrogate, NT have a 14-strong workforce, all of whom are based in the office. As a small, independent business, NT value working with a local firm who provide a level of service they’ve not experienced before.
Given the perceived upheaval of moving providers, there was some reluctance within the NT team to make the switch. However, once NT met with our Sales Manager, all their concerns were alleviated and they’ve not regretted choosing to make the switch. Nikki Brown, Business Development Manager, commented:

Nikki referenced our engineers personally delivering, installing, and training staff on the new equipment as bringing extra value. Face-to-face interactions on these occasions helped deliver a smoother experience, allowing any issues or queries to be addressed at the time.
When asked what the stand-out element about Wayv was as compared to previous providers, Nikki was incredibly complimentary about the Wayv team if they’ve ever needed to get in touch.
“If anything goes wrong, the team are quick to find a resolution, even if the cause turns out to be miscommunication and not necessarily their fault. We’ve been really impressed with how quickly changes, queries, and any issues have been actioned. It’s refreshing to have a communications partner who you know speaking to will be a pleasant experience, and don’t dread having to call for this very reason.”
