Bradley & Jefferies Commercial Solicitors (BJCS) are a Derby-based commercial solicitors and cover Employment Law and Dispute Resolution, Commercial Property Law and Company and Commercial.
As a small firm, BJCS’s business is reliant on being easily reached by phone.
Unfortunately, their clear need for dependable systems had not been met in recent years. Their previous provider’s service was unreliable at best, and at worst, could be down for days at a time before being resolved. Measures that BJCS resorted to at these times include using mobiles to make calls, and having incoming calls diverted to the company’s Legal Secretary’s personal mobile. BJCS are a modern practice with high traditional standards and values; their business needed a better service to retain these standards.
After giving their previous provider ample opportunities to improve the service, and being consistently let down, Wayv were one of three providers who presented their services to BJCS. Melanie also referred to the speed of resolution that they have experienced since switching – much quicker than the previous ticket holding process which could take days to have a query allocated to a member of staff.
As they approach their first complete year as a customer of Wayv, BJCS’ staff are all relieved that they made the switch – and we’re delighted to have them on board!
