Who are they?

Andy Lee Transport Ltd is a family-run road haulage company which operates across the UK, Europe, and Ireland. Based in Gloucestershire, Andy started Andy Lee Transport in 1986 with one 307 flatbed drop side Mercedes truck (which he has restored and still owns today!). Andy Lee Transport have since grown to 45 staff and run a fleet of over 30 vehicles, which they maintain with their in-house workshop.

What problem did they have?

When we first met with Andy Lee Transport, they were having issues with their provider who didn’t provide them with a reliable service, either in product or support. After a range of issues including a lack of accountability and being issued extra charges, Andy Lee searched for an alternative, which is when they came across Wayv.

Andy Lee Transport now have 45 staff and run a fleet of over 30 vehicles, which they maintain with their in-house workshop. They partnered with us back in 2022, and are due to celebrate an impressive 40 years of business in 2026. 

Covering all industries and sizes of consignments, the busy firm relies heavily on the phone lines, with most of their communication taking place over the phone.

Since joining Wayv, Gina and the team have benefitted from a range of new product features as well as our reliable, accessible WayvCare support team. The auto-attendant helps them to easily manage incoming calls, directing customers to the right department seamlessly rather than staff manually transferring calls.
