Professional Services – CRBH Acccountants

CRBH are an accounting firm based in the northwest of England who provide compliance and advisory services to owner-managed businesses across the UK. They have three offices; two in Wigan and one in Manchester, and they’ve been partnered with us for just over a year.

CRBH had three main reasons for moving providers. Firstly, they were moving offices and couldn’t take the old, traditional phones with them. Secondly, they were out of contract, which gave them the nudge to explore alternative providers and products for their new contract. Finally, they wanted to find out more about cloud systems and the benefits they could get from a more modern system when they moved.

When we met with CRBH, their primary focus was to find a solution which allowed flexibility across locations. The ability to transfer between sites was central to them choosing the Wayv system; this included not only the offices, but also staff working remotely – both at home and from client offices. With the flexibility of the iPECS system, alongside the app, CRBH are able to work across multiple locations seamlessly. It also enabled them to consolidate all services into one contract where they previously had multiple.

Director, Riaz, explained the reasons why he selected Wayv as their new communications partner:

“We picked Wayv because of the support that was going to come with the service, and was evident from the face-to-face meeting. The whole presentation and information that was provided was a lot better [than others] and it just clicked better.”

We took the time to understand the firm’s setup, current and future needs, so that we could provide a suitable solution. We’ve supported CRBH in their office move, also ensuring that as they opened new locations, their connectivity was maintained. Currently, the new Manchester number is being diverted straight to Riaz’s mobile, ensuring no calls are missed.

Riaz also mentioned the automated out-of-hours service, which closes the phone lines when the offices are closed – and the ability to change the hours easily, in the event of, for example, VAT deadlines, when they are working longer hours.

When asked what he considered to be the standout element of CRBH’s partnership with Wayv so far, Riaz said:

“It’s the fact that you guys are real people; we’ve got to know you and build a relationship. Product-wise, our broadband’s been so much better, and both the phones and app are really good.”
